Common questions
Is Orgaflow accounting software?
No. FreshBooks and QuickBooks are built around the books. Orgaflow covers what happens before them: the estimate, the approval, the invoice, the payment record, and the work that follows.
Do my clients need an account to approve an estimate?
No. Each estimate has a secure link. Your client opens it, reviews the details, and approves or rejects it without signing up.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free and needs no credit card. It includes estimates, invoices, customers, and the schedule, with limits of 50 customers, 200 estimates, and 200 invoices.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Not yet. Online card payments through Stripe are in development for the Scale plan. Today you record payments in Orgaflow by method, such as cash or bank transfer, and the invoice status updates when it is fully paid.
Can I bill in different currencies?
Yes. Your workspace has a default currency, and you can choose the currency for each estimate and invoice.
Can I send recurring invoices?
Yes. Set a schedule and Orgaflow generates each invoice, with the option to send it automatically.
Does it work for a solo business?
Yes. Starter fits one or two people. Growth adds a task board and file storage, and Scale adds automations for larger teams.
