Client Approve / Reject Flow

Clients can approve or reject estimates directly from the public link. Rejection includes an optional rich-text reason shown back to the sender.

Released in version 1.0.0 on March 25, 2026.

What was done

  • Clients can approve or reject an estimate from its public link, without creating an account.
  • Rejecting opens a dialog with an optional rich-text reason.
  • The reason appears on the public page after it is submitted.
