What was done

• The dashboard shows real totals for customers, open estimates, open invoices, and this month's revenue, and each card links to its section.
• An area chart shows the last 12 months of revenue, with a link to the full reports.
• One panel lists estimates waiting on a client. Another lists invoices that need attention, including overdue and partially paid ones.
• An activity feed shows the last 8 events across estimates, invoices, and payments.
